The absence of Hon. Kwesi Bezdra and the lack of NDC party paraphernalia in Abutia Forsime and its surrounding areas could negatively impact the NDC in the upcoming general election.

NDC unprepared for victory in Abutia

Residents of Abutia Forsime and its surrounding areas in Ho West District express disappointment over the absence of National Democratic Congress (NDC) campaign activities in their community.

Speaking with a resident of Abutia Forsime, he expressed that the parliamentary candidate, Hon. Kwesi Bezdra, does not prioritize the needs of the community.

The locals have been voting for the past twenty years but feel they have not received their fair share of government resources.

They also lament how the National Democratic Congress (NDC) did not come to their community to campaign.

Seeing the hardship in the country, they are ready to vote the current party out of power and give the mandate to the former president, John Dramani Mahama but they don’t see his posters in their community like they are in other communities.

They are pleading with Hon. Kwesi Bezdra to bring his campaign message to their community and also listen to their grievances.

Some locals feel that their member of parliament has consistently let them down over the years, leading them to believe he has no message for the community and is therefore avoiding them.

Meanwhile, an interview has been scheduled with the member of parliament, Hon. Kwesi Bedra on Monday, November 2024.
