Vetting of MMDCE Aspirants – Keta, Anlo, and Akatsi Constituencies
Three constituencies Keta, Anlo, and Akatsi had their MMDCE aspirants vetted on Tuesday, January 2025, marking the final day of the two-week vetting process.

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Regional Vice Chairman, Mr. Egypt Kudoto, expressed his satisfaction with the smooth vetting process while addressing the media. He also extended his gratitude to the aspirants.
Mr. Egypt revealed that a total of 237 individuals are vying for the MMDCE positions across 18 assemblies, both municipal and district. Of this number, 30 are women and 207 are men.
Speaking with Hon. Emmanuel Dordor, he vowed to transform Anlo if President John Dramani Mahama appointed him as the District Chief Executive.
Honorable David Normanyo also assured the people of Anlo District that he would implement President John Dramani Mahama’s Resetting Agenda. He stated that if given the nod as District Chief Executive, he would ensure development is brought to the Anlo constituency.
